The "Available For Sale" section is ment for users to post items they have for sale. As with the other forums, there are some basic common sense guidelines for using the forum.

1. Only post items that are available for sale here, this forum is not meant for advertisements. For advertisements, you can post in the appropriate section for free.

2. In your post subject, there is no need to post a "for sale" or similar, since this is a for sale forum, that part is understood. Instead use the subect to more effectively describe the item you have for sale.

3. In the actual post, be as descriptive about the item as you can. You can attach pictures of the item if you have them. Obviously the more interest you can generate in prospective buyers, the easier it will be for your item to sell.

4. Again, this forumis for actual items, not services. If there is a service (or a deal you are able to offer to buyers) post in the appropriate forum.

5. Dont cross post, its rude.

6. Remember to include information on how you would like to be contacted. We would suggest using the Private Messsaging functions of the forum, but if you want to post other means to contact you, you are free to do so. Obviously we would strongly discourage you from doing that, because you dont want your phone number or email address to get into the wrong hands. Using the PM function will not display your information to prospective buyers, and you can set up the PM system to directly email new messages you get for your posting.

7. Buyers, if you are interested in making an offer for the item, you may obviously contact them directly (if the seller has provided the information to do so) to see if you can work out a deal, or you can also use the PM functions, which again we would suggest.

8. Lest to say, the admins or moderators are in no way responsible or liable for any things you may end up buying. Any deals worked out are between the buyer and seller only, and we are not liable and in no way endorse any of the things posted here for sale.

9. Nothing illegal or inappropriate should be posted for sale here. Examples include stuff that is stolen, etc.

10. Ofcourse, as it goes, any posts that the moderators deem to be unacceptable or inappropriate will be removed.

Bottom line, use common sense.

Also, unlike other forums, if your post is more appropriate in another forum, the moderators wont bother moving it, the post will just be deleted. You should make sure before posting that whatever you do post, is appropriate.
