Residential property tax bills for the city of Calgary have been mailed out, and you should be getting yours this week.

City's website If you do not receive your tax bill by the first week in June, please e-mail the city at
property.tax@calgary.ca and include your name, property address and daytime phone number.
Your 2007 property tax bill covers the period from January 1 to December 31, 2007.
Property taxes are due June 29, 2007.
A 7% penalty is added to any unpaid balance on July 1, 2007, and October 1, 2007.
If you are a current Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP) participant, no payment is required at this time.
If you are mailing your payment, please allow ample time for your payment to be postmarked by Canada Post on or before the due date.
Enclose the stub portion of your bill with your cheque.
Record your tax roll number or property address on your cheque.
If you are making your payment by telephone or Internet banking, confirm that your current property roll number is the one registered on your bill payment menu.
